I'm kind of psy...I can relate to the neck pain. I'm kind of psycho now about my posture and computer positions because of it. I have to keep the computer elevated when sitting on the couch. I have all of these pillows I keep around for that. When I'm at my desk I'm always adding things to sit on just to get my hands and neck at the perfect height. I also try to keep scrolling my pages up so I type at the top of the screen and not the bottom of the screen. I think all of these things help fight neck pain, but of course Brad converted me to the cult of Crossroads and the exercises they gave me make the most difference... or so I tell myself.ed cyzewskihttp://www.inamirrordimly.comnoreply@blogger.com
